The HD-1 type single axis cutting machine, with one pass, allows the longitudinal cutting of strips and tiles, trimmed after the polishing line; to square pieces without shape; to make baseboards; for mosaics and stone bases in the ornamental field.

Technical characteristics:

It is built with a single shaft for diamond discs;
Ensures quick replacement of both the complete removable disk sleeve, which of each individual disk, thanks to the front opening and upper part of the structure and the particular construction of the spindle;
It is equipped with spacers between the disc and the disc to measure cuts to execute;
It has a support surface made of motorized thick rubber tape, with adjustable advance speed according to thickness and type of material to be cut;
It works by motor / spindle with belt transmission, with the possibility of speed variation; It guarantees a perfect longitudinal cutting precision by particular lateral guides of the conveyor belt;
It has the motor of the shaft of the disc holder positioned so that as much as possible protected from any waste from processing and melting of water, guaranteeing safety, durability and reliability;
It allows the raising and lowering of the spindle support bridge to adjust the depth of cut, to compensate the diameter of the wear of the diamond discs;
It is completed with a wide adjustable lateral material guide bar, equipped, in the insertion part, with clamps that hold the material adhered to the belt and pressed against the guide bar;
Gives the operator complete control of the controls (spindle support lock, disc depth adjustment, guide bar positioning).
