Cutting machine multidisc with one axle HRG-60

The HERSEN HRG-60 multi-disc cutter is designed to perform longitudinal cutting in a single pass of different types of materials, thicknesses and sizes. In this way we can obtain baseboards, skirting boards, cut samples or recover material with stability and precision.
The material to be cut is placed on the conveyor belt, and with a guide to keep the material aligned during the cutting process.
The disc holder shaft allows us to install several discs and separate them to different sizes to obtain different width measures in the pieces. Equipped with a powerful belt driven motor (not direct drive).
It has motorized vertical regulation to adjust the depth in the cut, diameter and wear of the disc during the cutting process.
